Troon Tortoises 10k

My first proper run with the Bellahouston Road Runners was the Troon 10k last Wednesday. Thanks to some good training over the winter months I knocked a few minutes off my PB and ran it in 42:45. So thanks to Oscar and Jonathan for the strict regimes! The Troon Tortoises website has more info on the race, but - be warned - it is very yellow!
