And so it begins...
Yes, today is the day.
The marathon training has officially started and, so far, we haven't
deviated from it! I eased my way into the 12-week schedule with a gentle
47min 30sec run.
However, we're already planning a change to this week's running as plans are
afoot for a trip on Friday. It just means bringing things forward a day, so
we won't miss out on any runs!
