Dumbarton 10k - Polaroid #3

The third race in the Polaroid series was at Dumbarton Academy last night. It was a beautiful evening - clear blue skies and great views of Dumbarton Rock. The run itself basically follows part of the Glasgow-Loch Lomond cycle path and loops back so it's pleasant enough. I got round in 45.20, which was a little slower than last week, but the heat always slows me down so I'm quite happy with that. The final race is now on Sunday 18^th June at Loch Lomond Shores.
